Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We're working on Canada, the UK, and Australia.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times

We ship from two places. Items from our US warehouse arrive in 5-8 business days after they ship. Items from our overseas warehouse take 10-20 business days. Each product page says which warehouse it ships from, right under the description.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on every US order. No minimum. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders with several items

We work with more than one supplier, so items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking link.

Address changes

Email us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change the address. We can't redirect parcels once they're with the carrier, and we can't refund parcels lost to an incorrect address.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking stalls for more than 10 business days past the delivery window, or your item arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos. We'll replace it or refund you.
